Presentedin Sky Blue Metallic, this car is classy. It leads with lots of chrome. Thereis a sleek, jet-age hood ornament just over the Hudson coat of arms on the peakof the grill. The fenders lead with chrome trimmed headlights and have theirown \"fender ornaments\" complimenting the one on the hood. There are stainless rain guards on the windows and smooth body lines flow back to rearfenders that cover the rear tires tucked neatly beneath them. The rooflineslopes down dramatically after providing plenty of headroom for back seatpassengers. Silver rocker trim runs front to rear giving the car an even lowerappearance and Hudson appears boldly in the center of the trunk lid betweenbeautifully styled taillight assemblies while a simple rear bumper ties thelook together nicely. The body is really clean, really straight and all the gaps line upperfectly. Has a nice shade of light blue metallic paint, which was an original1950 Hudson color. The chrome and trim is exceptional. The bumpers, bumperguards, trunk trim and hood ornament have all been re-chromed. Stainless is allstraight and polished. The hubcaps are very nice and help to dress up the car.Dash and gauges are real nice and the blue plastic steering wheel is excellent.
Underside is rock solid. Misc. new parts include – Correct 15 inch Firestone Whitewall tires,6 volt battery, Clutch, water pump, brakes, hoses, springs, shocks, bushings, etc.
The engine springs into life on the first try and runs excellent. You can hardlyhear the engine while it is running. The transmission shifts easily and theclutch is new. The suspension is quiet and smooth. The front seat does have 2small tears in it and we have covered up the bottom in a blanket that matchespretty well but this should be addressed. The headliner is original and likebrand new.

Here are some short videos of me driving the Hudson near my house. I tried to show it going into all gears. It drives and handles like a dream. It was a cold and windy day when we filmed this and there is a lot of background noise. The noise in the background is the wind and a garbage truck that was going through the neighborhood
