Ibelieve that I have fairly and accurately described the car to any prospectivebuyer. While I like the car very much, and I have tried to describe it to thebest of my abilities, you must rely on your own judgment to ensure that thiscar meets your expectations. Inspections prior to bidding are welcomed andencouraged. If you wish to schedule an inspection, please send me a contact throughe-bay, including your telephone number, and I will contact you directly toarrange a convenient time. The car is being sold \"AS IS\" \"WHEREIS\" and any potential buyer is responsible for ensuring that the vehiclemeets their expectations prior to bidding.
The winning bidder is required toprovide the $500 non-refundable down payment within 24 hours of the end of thesale. The remaining balance is due within 4 business days. Cash, Wire Transferor certified checks may be used. If you wish to pay with a check, the title andcar will not be released from my possession until my receiving bank has fullycleared the check. I will consider the use of Paypal, however, if you wish topay through Paypal, then you will be required to gross up the amount by the percentagethat Paypal collects from my account, if I choose to accept it.
I am sensitive to the issues ofarranging transportation if you are a non-local buyer. With that knowledge, thecar may remain where it is for up to three (3) weeks from the date that thefunds have cleared and the title is released. Please note, that during thistime, you will be responsible for the car.
Ican also assist a transporter, if requested, to tow the car with a tractor toget it positioned for a trailer to pick it up. While I can help in thiscapacity, I will not be held responsible for any potential damage if somethingshould go wrong. Your transporter will be required to hook the tow straps ontothe vehicle.
