I am selling this absolutely stunning, super-classy, original-survivor, 1960 Lincoln Continental Mark V 4 door hardtop to help settle an estate. Since purchased new, this car has 77,200, one-family-owned, extremely-pampered miles. The car has an excellent, original, straight, rust-free body - refinished over 35 years ago in it\'s original Presidential Black (color code A) finish. The car has sat in the family garage for the last 30 years - blanketed with a car cover. The paint is showing some wear, touch-up and spots that look like the cover stuck to the finish. The chrome and trim are not perfect, but very good original. The undercarriage is just as impressive as the rest of the car.
The entire, amazing, original interior is fantastic - from the seats to the headliner and sun visors and the perfect dash to the door panels - and looks as nice as an original interior can look. This car, with it\'s original 430 cubic inch engine and automatic transmission, is an absolute pleasure to drive. It starts, runs, drives, handles, shifts and brakes as it should. The tires are old bias-ply and should be replaced - along with the exhaust.
This car has a very interesting feature -- seven power windows (2 cozy or vent windows, 4 door glass windows and the rear glass window that goes up and down). All of the glass looks good, except a crack in the rear glass.The car also has factory air conditioning,power windows,power seat and a town and country radio.
