Up for sale we have a 1965 Chevrolet Corvette. Now this is not your average Vette, it has a killer set of eyes with an equally impressive driveline. This is a muscle car for those of us that love to drive these iconic pieces of American History. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and heartbeat of the Chevy, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.
Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 70 to 80 cars at all times. We don\'t have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, that\'s how we can sell for less than other dealers. We will start off with the exterior of the Corvette. When restored it was covered in the House of Kolors Cimarron Red paint that\'s base coat clear coat. It\'s been buffed and polished to a deep rich shine that\'s slick as a ribbon! Accenting the red is the chrome and stainless that\'s all in excellent condition. Everything appears to have been replaced from the Bumpers to the Side Pipe Covers. Now, on the rare occasion you might want to cruise this Vette with the top up, it comes with the Black Soft top that has also been replaced. Walking around the body you will see it has excellent fit of the doors and hood. Giving this Vette a stance that is unique and to be envied by all is the set of custom built 18\" and 19\" Billet Specialty Wheels with new tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of this \'65. On the inside it\'s done in black which provides the perfect complement to the exterior. Opening the door, the first thing you\'ll notice is the seats have been redone and covered in Leather. Also, the door panels and carpet were replaced at the time of the Restoration. Before you sit down notice this Vette has the Flaming River Tilt Column with the Waterfall Steering Wheel. Looking at the dash you\'ll notice it\'s in excellent condition and that the gauges are working along with the Clock. The five-point seat belts are hooked to the computer designed bar that ties into the birdcage. This interior is impressive on its own but paired with the rest of this \'Vette makes it something extra special.
Finally, we will get to the heartbeat of the Chevy. Under the hood is what takes this \'65 to another level. It\'s powered by a 502 Big Block that\'s set up with a Dual Quad Offenhauser intake and Carter Carburetors. More than just Horsepower this Big Block is dressed for a night out on the town. Sporting tons of eye appeal with the Billet Specialty TruTrac Front Serpentine System along with Custom Chevrolet Valve Covers and Billet Specialty wire looms and Dual Quad Breather your liable to just stand and stare at this engine bay (it\'s ok we do too) The 502 engine is mated to the Borg Warner 5 Speed Trans that feeds the 3.70 Gears with Upgraded Half Shafts and Heavy-Duty U Joints. This \"Vette comes with Power Steering, Four Wheel Disc Brakes, and just in case you need to cool off you\'ve also got Air Condition. Under the front driver fender you\'ll notice the Power Booster to give this Vette Four Wheel Power Disc Brakes. Putting this car on the lift it\'s easy to see the passion that was put into restoration. The bottom of has its own level of eye appeal with all the Chrome Components. You\'ll also notice the detail to the floors and frame that also has had new body bushings installed. Ultimately, this a 1 of a kind Muscle Car that\'s the complete package from the exterior to the engine, interior, and bottom.

Mileage
Unless the car is advertised as an original Mileage car do not assume that the Mileage/Odometer reading is the actual mileage. It is simply what the odometer is reading at the time of the pictures. IT IS NOT ACTUAL MILEAGE UNLESS STATED SO IN DESCRIPTION.
Terms & Conditions
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
