Very rare super highly optioned 1965 Chrysler Imperial LeBaron in gorgeous midnight black with factory original black vinyl roof in untouched perfect condition. What a pleasure to find a 1965 LeBaron with its factory heavy elk grain vinyl roof still as good as the day it was installed with absolutely no rust bubbles showing anywhere. I have seen many Imperials and have never seen a roof in this condition before. The paint on this Imperial is exceptional, smooth and shiny without rust or bubbles anywhere and the entire car is extremely straight. The chrome and stainless is beautiful and as good as you will find on any Imperial and the rear bumper is perfectly straight and has immaculate chrome without and dents at all.The tires ( 5 ) are all brand new Dunlop wide white walls and give the car that period correct look. The entire exhaust system has just been replaced and is perfect. The carpets look like they have been replaced recently with correct loop and heal pad. The trunk is clean and solid and dry without any rust anywhere. The Chassis is also very dry and clean and super solid as is the full box frame.The original numbers matching 413 CI engine has had a full rebuild and was repainted in a \"Chrysler Red\" ( the original color is green ) which actually looks more attractive than the original greenish blue. The A/C has a new clutch and hoses but I have not been able to confirm if the air works.
