Laid off and I am looking to consolidate the fleet. I am selling my Project 65 Galaxie 500 XL 390Fe 4 speed big block car. She\'s got some rust in the trunk and roof but the doors and interior floor are really solid. Someone converted it to an auto sometime in the past (possibly a dealer) but I have collected the one year only Bell housing and pedals to convert it back to manual I have not picked up a manual trans yet. *Its go the 500XL interior and original AMFM stereo. I bought it from the previous president of the Nor Cal Galaxies and he says the Shelby style mirror was on the car from the factory as it was special ordered but he didn\'t have any paper work to back it up. When I purchased it it had been sitting for a while so i towed it up to Tom @ Fespecialties in Auburn he went through the engine trans and breaks and gave it a clean bill of health. I drove it daily for a while and she hauls ass. I had to stop when a short under the dash killed the ignition. I was going to just swap the wireing harness and ignition from the parts car but I never got around to it.*

The parts car has a near perfect body so any replacement metal you need is there as well as extra 500 xl door panels minus the arm rests these are not reproduced so very hard to come by and very speedy when you can find them. It has no interior engine or trans it was missing the also hard to find back window but I scored one just in case someone wanted to build it independantly.
I recently was getting some Chrome done at Sherms Chrome here in Sacramento for another car and had the 500 XLemblems repaired and rechromed they look amazing.

I have them listed as a package deal on Ebay and have lowered my reserve I will not part out or break up the pair.*
