Owned for over 15 years this Thunderbird is a great driver. Triple white colors 390 with A/C. Has been sitting for a while but recently gone over and very drivable. New battery, Holly Carb, valve stem seals, rear leaf springs. This is a good driver and a perfect candidate for a total restoration. It was a Texas car originally and has veryminor rust (see pics). At some point in its life it was hit in the rear and the quarters were repaired andthe deck lid replaced. Some of the body puttyhas cracked/broke near the edge of the rear fender wells. Thefloor pans, frame,etc. are excellent. Some pitting in the interior stainless, but overall it is in good driver condition.
Everything works except the air. Top works great, went through relays a few years ago. The sequential turn signals also work.The only mechanical problem is that after being driven and sitting for a while about a teaspoon of transmission fluid leaks out right behind the left front tire. Seems to come from the lines running through the firewall. Doesn't leak under pressure, just after sittingfor some time. You can see a stainunderthe carpet below the dash where it is probably leaking.
Other than that it is a good car and a lot of fun. I have other interests and I need the space for another car. Thanks for looking!

Added a few pictures of the floor pan and trunk floor, etc. in response to questions about the body. Will try to load more soon, but the rust/body putty is mainly in the rear quarters and rocker. Pictures show the bottom of the doors, some surface rust on the bottom passenger door. Shock towers, core support, fender wells, all solid. If you want to completely restore this would be a relatively easy one to do. Thanks for looking, this is a good car, if you buy it you won't be disappointed. It is in good driver condition.
