Spectacular 1965Plymouth Belvedere ll , 2 Door Hardtop .440 CI Dual Quads , 4 Speed , 8-3/4 3:73 Posi Rear. This Arizona car had a no expense spared meticulousrestoration performed about seven years ago resulting in a better than new car.Just over 1,000 miles have been put onthe car since the restoration.
The 440 CI is an HP440 from a 1970 Dodge R/T with HP headsand Edlebrock aluminum intake manifold with two Edlebrock 600 CFM carburatorswith electric choke. Block# 2586480 date code 10/28/69 , 509 PurpleHydraulic Cam , electronic ignition with MSD control box , Hurst 4 speedshifter #833 , 8-3/4 rear with 3:73 posi and 742 case. The car runs perfectly on 93 octane pumpgas. Dual 2-1/2 inch Flowmasterexhaust with manual cutouts. Ramclutchand all new linkage , new bell housing and flywheel. Lakewood traction bars , powersteering , dual master cylinder with new brakes allaround. New American Racing wheels andnew BF Goodrich Radial T/A’s with less than 100 miles on them. Performance is smooth , powerful andimpressive.
The body panels areoriginal. The car was refinished in theoriginal color of Copper (HH1) , all ofthe chrome and trim appear as new. Theglass is perfect and all windows , doors , hood and trunk open and closeperfectly and have new rubber.
The interior is allnew , correctly done in the originalBlack color with new seat foam both front and back. New carpet and seat belts . Aftermarket AM/FM Stereo Casette with powerantenna anong with Sun gauges added.All gauges , interior andexterior lights work as they should. There is a full spare with a cover andfactory jack in the trunk.
There are two buildsheets , one is clearly shown in the trunk where it was placed by the factory ,the other is in hand with the paperwork for the car There is a folder with receipts anddocumentation that will be provided with the car.
