1965 Plymouth Valiant Signet convertible
I amlisting this for a friend that doesn’t have the time to deal with eBay. I havelooked at the car so I will give you the best (all be it brief) descriptionthat I can. He is selling largely due to loss of storage. I also have a 1971Chrysler Newport listed that I own and maybe a Midnight Express Truck project.
Iwill start out by saying that this is a pretty stinking rare car; Valiant Signetconvertible - just 2,578 made - and then ad on with the 273 Commando andautomatic on the floor! And it’s not even a bad or boring color. This is goingto be a major project but it looks like all the pieces are there and fairlystraight for the most part. It has not been verified that the engine and transare numbers matching but they are believed to be due to the relatively lowmiles and no other signs of them being changed. I do restorations for a livingthis would not be an easy project but it would still be very very doable (aheck of a lot easier than that Mustang I did a few years ago). There are a lotof parts available for these and there is a lot of online support/advice to behad to. Take a look at the pictures and decide how bad do want a fun, fast,neat little convertible?
