Project stalled out. Must sell. very clean 65 Grand Prix. Trunk pan and passenger fender replaced, otherwise all original. Original engine, transmission and rear.Painted a year ago the original Nightwatch Blue. Has navy blue interior, tilt wheel, power steering and brakes, remote mirror, power antenna, roof rail reading lights.
Engine rebuilt. Balanced and installed hardened exhaust valve seats. Runs very well
Transmission rebuilt, works well.
rear axle inspected and good. new axle bearings and seals
new U-joints (installed)
new motor and trans. mounts (installed)
everything new with the brakes: front drums, wheel cylinders, shoes, hoses and all new lines. (installed)
new rear and front control arm bushings (installed)
new lower and upper ball joints (installed)
New shocks, front and rear. Rear are air shocks (installed)
New dual exhaust, stock. (installed)
Steering gearbox and pump rebuilt (work great)
Rebuilt original power brake booster, new, remanufactured master cylinder
Radiator and heater core original.. pressure tested/repaired.perfect dash pad, original. no repairs. Dash bezel in very nice condition, minor pitting. Steering wheel fair. AM radio works well, new front speaker. Have power antenna, but not installed.Clock works for a while, then stops. Fuel gauge and battery gauge work great.All parts for the car are included that are not shown in pics: bumpers, taillights, trim, vert windows, hood...I have EVERY part EXCEPT hubcaps and left front wheel trim.Fender skirts included, console, vacuum gauge, door panels, grills...all therePaint is good, not great, but body is very straight. Car was painted then left sitting in a dirty garage. There are some scratches and one dent. Hood will need to be repainted...still have leftover paint (single stage Urethane)I have far more invested in this car than I\'m offering it for. NO work farmed out. I did all the work, machanically and body except machine work on the engine. I am burned out on the car. Hate to sell, but need to.
Good title..Washington state car its entire life. Sold new in Yakima (high desert area) and spent its life there until sold to the grandchild in western WA about 15 years ago. Solid car a NOT thrown together bondomobile!!
