Car has been in our family since 1990 and has been in storage. Originally owned by my dad's Uncle who was a SeaBee in the United States Navy, and later a head mechanic for a Cadillac dealership in Illinois.
Car starts and runs good as we have driven it around the yard. Clean title but not licensed.
Interior is in great shape. The one Exception is a small slice on drivers side in side of seat. (see pic). The seats, floor boards and dash all look great. No cracks in dash. Headliner looks like new.
Exterior. On drivers side fender see in pictures there is a place for a round key to be inserted. This is to activate the security alarm that is installed on car with a wind up siren, and man does it get your attention.Bottom edge of doors look really good as seen in pictures.
Under the hood on drivers side notice the original glass bottle for antifreeze and Gas Line Deicer.
What wrong with it. Power antenna seems to be stuck down, rub mark on passenger side front corner, scratched and slightly pushed in spot under rear bumper on drivers side. I am not aware of this car ever being in an accident, but it does appear that there has been some work done to the drivers side passenger door near front edge. Appears to be some moisture near bottom of radiator. Not sure if there is a leak or if it is a result of overflow as noticed the radiator cap was not tight. Some imperfections in paint as seen in pictures.
The only work that we did to it was flush out fuel tank and lines. Install an inline fuel filter before sediment bowl, change oil, new battery, and clean it up.
Really nice , clean, straight car that needs a good home.
I am not a mechanic , but did my best to present this vehicles condition to the best of my abilities.
