This GS350 had always been garage kept throughout its life. It had been a one owner car, owned by a husband and wife until 2010. The original owners treated this car to a full frame-off restoration in 1997. The car still looks like new today.
Starting in September of 1969, the original owners bought themselves this beautiful GS350 at a cost of $4799.84 with a down payment of $899.94 at North Side Buick in Pennsylvania. From that day forward, the TLC (tender loving care) given to this GS350 has been remarkable. This car has been kept in tip-top condition, recording every single transaction and event this car had seen in its past and present. From awards, maintenance and everything in between, this GS comes complete with documentation, records and receipts like we’ve never seen before. Three large enclosed bins full of paperwork, trophies and other detailed information fill the entire trunk and then some.
The car itself is nearly flawless. The body is perfectly straight and all original and has undergone a high end repaint in its original color of Lime Green (GM code 59). All chrome, trim and the vinyl top are all like new. The interior looks as if it were just installed. Every feature and option works perfectly including the ice cold air conditioning. Options include power windows, power steering, power brakes, power seats, AM-FM stereo with 8-track and rear speaker, speed alert, Rallye Control Package, Convenience Group, tilt wheel, rear window defroster, the very desirable under dash tissue box holder, Red Line tires & more. The detailed photos clearly show the high level of restoration this car has undergone and the originality this car has retained through the years.
Under the hood is Buicks small block 350ci 280hp 4-barrel engine. We are quite certain that the entire engine compartment has retained all of its original components. The actual mileage on this 50 year old classic is just under 37000. This s basically a new car with an average of 750 miles per year since new!
