Selling my 1969 GTO Convertible. This is a real 242 VIN car with a clear title in my name. It is painted as a Judge tribute. I had it painted last winter. It was in primer when I bought it, car had a tiny patch on the passenger rear lower quarter and one small patch on the rear floor, other than that it is rust free and original sheet metal. I bought it down south and it appears to have been well cared for during its life. It\'s not cut up or butchered like so many others. Trunk is original and perfect. Rest of car is all original sheet metal. It has a mostly new interior, seats, quarter arm rests, etc. Carpet is nice, console and dash are nice. Nice rally wheels with trim rings and center caps, tires are good. Convertible top is nice, no rips or tears and goes up and down nicely after I replaced the lines and top frame pistons.
When I bought it I was told the engine and transmission had recently been rebuilt. I can not verify this but the inside of the engine is clean and the transmission exterior looks like its been cleaned professionally. It doesn\'t smoke, tap or make any alarming noises.

It drives well, stops nice and is just a blast to drive. Doesn\'t run hot. Transmission shifts well. I have a pair of interior kick panels with speakers I just finished installing and are not shown in the pictures. It is a factory AC car and I do have a new compressor, brackets, hoses, wiring harness, etc (about $900 in new parts). I was planning to put it on but just don\'t have the time. Everything else appears to be on the car to make the system work.
This is not a 100 point show car but its not driver quality either. Paint is 9/10, interior 8/10. You don\'t need to do anything but get in and drive it. Car is titled and tagged in PA.
