Vehicle Description: HERE WE HAVE A 70 BARRACUDA, NOT A CUDA. IT WAS A 318, 3 SPEED MANUAL WITH 8 INCH REAR AND 323 NON POSI. IT CAME NEW IN BLACK WITH BLACK BUCKET INTERIOR. IT ALSO HAS FENDER TAG CADE Y05 THAT DECODES IT AS SAYING BUILT TO US SPECS AUSTRALIA. THAT IS A BIT RARE. BEING SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY WITH LOCKED UP NON MATCH 318 ENGINE FROM INTAKE TO OIL PAN AND 727 AUTOMATIC TRANS I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. NIETHER ARE PICTURED BUT IF NEEDED WE WILL SET ENGINE IN CRADDLE AND TRANS ON FLOOR. HAS CLEAR TITLE. SHE HAD BEEN SITTING FOR YEARS. IT COMES WITH 2 NEW QUARTEER SKINS THAT WE SCREWED ON TO MAKE LOOK A LITTLE BETTER AND FOR EASIER SHIPPING. THE PHOTOS OF QUARTERS IN SANDED BLACK PAINT AND RED PRIMER IS WHATS UNDER THE SKINS. DOORS AND FENDERS LOOKED ABOUT THE SAME SO I HAD TO PRIMER THEM. THE TOP IS BLACK PAINT, NOT A V TOP CAR. IT CAME WITH A BLACK HOOD BUT IT WAS TO BAD TO USE. THE YELLOW FLAT HOOD IS GOOD AND WOULD MAKE A GOOD SHAKER HOOD. THE RUST IS ABUNDANT WITH LEFT FRONT FRAME RAIL NEEDS REPLACED. THE RIGHT IS GOOD. THE LEFT CENTER FRAME HAS A RUST HOLE. THE REARS HAVE A RUST HOLE AT VERY BACK. TRUNCK FLOOR AND FRONT FLOORS HAVE RUSTLES. THE COWL HAS ACOUPLE RUSTLES. THE FENDERS NEED REPLACED. NO GILLE INCLUDED. THE DOORS HAVE RUST HOLE IN A CORNER OF EACH. THE TRUNK LID NEEDS REPLACED. THE TOP IS REALLY SOLID. EVEN THE WINDOW CHANELS LOOK GOOD. INTERIOR ALL NEEDS REPLACED. RT DOOR WINDOW DOESN\'T WORK. ONLY COMES WITH THE PARTS SHOWN IN PHOTOS. BUT IT IS A 70 BARRACUDA. THE COWL STAMP, THE FENDER TAG AND THE VIN MATCH. GOOD CAR TO HEMISIZE AND MAYBE ADD 6 SPEED. By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. If you win an auction and dont pay you can be prosecuted by law and a suit filed by us. We take auctions very seriouslly and so should you.
We reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale.
Payment Information: Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A 500.00 deposit (non refundable) is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The deposit may be made using Credit Card, Cash in person, Cashier's check, Money order, Bank wire or Paypal. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end and should be paid by cash, bank wire, or cashiers check ( not paypal nor credit card ).
We can only take up to 500.00 on Credit Cards or Paypal unless we have pre discussed a deal. We expect to here from the buyer either by email or phone within 24 hours of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise and seek any legal monitary damages to be settled by law.
Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. IF YOUR FINANCING, make sure your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly co-operate.
