Up for auction is this beautiful grabber blue 1971 Torino GT. Iliterally pulled this out of theoriginal owners barn, owner stated off the road since 1984. This Torino has some verydesirable options. 351 4V, 4 speed, Disc front brakes, Bucket Seats, Console, Power Windows, Power window locks. Interior is very nice for age but seats do have seams splitting. Headliner isbeautiful. Radio and rear speakers work, dash lights work, turn signals and tail lights work. The Torino ran up on the trailer but not very well. I changed Plugs,wires, cap, rotor and fuel pump. Iadded fuel and let itidle for half hour in the driveway and it shut off.. I expect tank and carb will need attention as they smell like bad fuel and it does not start now. As far as body, this car is almost 50 years old and not restored, but very nice. Unrestored mechanically so expect to go through everything. Brakes stop the car but not very well, pedal is soft. Clutch seems fine. Will not need quarters, rockers, doors, hood or fenders. Deck lid is nice but has some pin holes underneath. Floors have very small areas that these all seem to have. Cowl is very good, look at the photos, overall veryrestorable. Will need front drivers frame repairaprox 18\" where power assist bolts in. I will provide a new section with vehicle. Please be aware that I have not restored this vehicle mechanically or cosmetically, that will be for the new owner, I had hood painted and laser stripes added and cleaned it up. Has dings and scratches here and there. Please ask any and all questions and I will give you honest answers. I will be out of town this weekend and will be able to answer questions but will not be with the car. Torino sold as is where is to the highest bidder, please ask all questions before you bid. Deposit must be paid at end of auction before pick-up, no exceptions. International bidderswelcome, wire transfer accepted but must be paid in full before vehicle is released.
