Listing my 1972 Plymouth Duster for auction. Car started out as a slant six, automatic, with a clean body and original white paint. The car has been changed over too a date coded 340 engine with 727 transmission. The expensive A-body 8 3/4 rear differential, with 3.91 sure grip has been installed too. The car has been taken apart, paint stripped, body finished, and resprayed in its original White factory color. And then reassembled. All the 340 decals and stripes installed. The only rust the car had was the rear quarter panels, on the very bottom. The bottoms were cut out below the body line and repaired with new replacement metal. The interior of Duster is original, and still has the build sheet in pristine condition,but has been changed over to bucket seats, with console shift automatic. The bucket seats are aftermarket 4 way adjustable Pro Car that are very comfortable for long drives. The floor shift console has been refurbished with new carpet and decals, the shift linkage has new bushings and retaining clips. And the collar on the steering column has been changed out to complete the package, and is also new. The glass is all good, and the windshield is new. The rear bumper is driver quality, and the front bumper is new. All the side marker lights are new, grille has been detailed, tail lights detailed and new gasket seals installed. The 340 engine Is all new from the oil pan to the carburetor, bored 40 over, balanced, 10.0 compression, Exteme energy Comp cam .477 .480 , and professionally done, and backed-upped with a rebuilt 727 transmission, and 2200 stall converter. Has a brand new balanced driveshaft and U joints. All new 2.5 inch exhaust from the headers to the turbo mufflers to the tail pipes. Has a new gas tank and sending unit installed, new trunk mat, trunk seal, wiper blades, shocks, brakes, battery, starter, alternator, heater core, motor mounts, fuel pump, 750 cfm edelbrock carb, air gap intake manifold, extreme energy air cleaner, valve covers, electronic conversion with advance curve, new blaster coil, plugs, 8mm plug wires, belts, hoses, etc. etc. The radiator is a factory 340 small block three core. The tires are almost new and the rallye wheels are refurbished and have new lug nuts.
