For sale one beautiful 1972 LeMans convertible.
I built this car to keep forever but find my self with other priorities andwilling to part with it. It was freshly rebuilt in 2017 has approximately 5100 miles on since the full frame off restoration, most of the miles came on a Route 66 trip from Chicago to Santa Monica and back. New interior upholstery and carpet. The dash is equipped withDakota digital gauges. Newdoor panels all components replaced. Exterior completely redone new chrome, frame completely rebuilt, new front suspension, tubular control arms, Stainless Steel Brake and fuel lines all mechanical components replaced, engine rebuilt, transmission rebuilt, posi unit added to the rear end.Rear sway bar added, tilt column added. New convertible top this is one great driving vehicle no disappointments here. Too many new parts to list. The last 2 picture were taken before the restoration. This car spent most of its life in California and had very little rust.

I wanted to clear up some information on my listing.
This car is numbers matching front to back. Engine, Transmission, Rear end.
I purchased this car from the son of the original owner. It was originally purchased in San Francisco bythe mother of the gentleman I purchased it from. She drove the car her whole life and then he wound up with the car. I have owned it since May 2014.It ran a drove fine but I decided to do a complete frame off restoration this past winter. You can see the extent of the restoration from the pictures.There was no rust in the floors, no rust in the trunk, only a small hole in each quarter panel and fender. Patch panels were installed in the fenders and the quarters were repaired. This is all original body except for the front valance which I replaced because it was easier than spending hours fixing it. Door hinges rebuilt. All new hardware on the body. I added a few tasteful modifications to my liking: posi-unit in the rear, rear sway bar, tubular control arms,rebuilt tilt column, Comp Cams cam, Hooker Headers, dual exhaust, Edelbrock Performer Intake and Carburetor, HEI distributor, Classic Auto Sound radio and new speakers, Dakota Digital gauges in the dash....other its allOEM or replacement parts. I replaced the AC Condensor, rebuilt the Evaporator case, had the brake booster re-plated, new master cylinder, new brake calipers and rotors, new rear brake shoe and wheel cylinders, a newshocks, new water pump, new starter, new power steering pump, new fuel pump, all engine internals replaced or rebuilt,Transmission was rebuilt, new torques convertor, new fan shroud and radiator, new motor mounts, new transmission mount, all new seat foam and vinyl in the interior, New Convertible top,new door panels, newweatherstrip, new door/trunk,ignition locks, complete interior replacement, new console. I\'m sure I am forgetting some of the parts but basically if it didn\'t look fresh it was replaced. EVERYTHING that I have removed from the car will come with it. I have the original rally wheels, intake, carburetor, distributor, exhaust manifolds and much more. We painted the car in it\'s original color of Sundance Orange and added a small amount of white pearl to really make the color pop, and it looks amazing.
