W30 Hurst/Olds. Not a clone. Repainted in the mid-eighties, it isn\'t perfect but overall a gloss mirror finish front to back. Rust free body. Solidframe, undercarriage and trunk. Padded top is like new. All glass is good. Alllights, switches, controls and gauges, t-tops, swivel buckets,dual gate operate fine. SSIII wheels (5). Factory storage bags for the t-tops.
The interior has been refurbished using all factory GM parts and is in overall greatshape. Front and rear seats show wear and have rips/tears along the seams. The H/O emblems from theoriginal sail-panels come with the car. Carpet looks like new but has somewrinkles in the fit. Dash is beautiful except a few minor flaws.
Sony digital AM/FM cassette. Dash was not cut. Sony amplifier. Kenwood speakers. Whistler500 remote radar detector in grill. Aftermarket cruise control. Auto-Meter tachometer. SW temp/oil gauges.
455ci engine custom built by Mondello Performance. Nearly all partswere cryogenically treated before assembly. Installed in 2004 and at about 10K now. New belts,hoses, P/S pump, alternator ++. Holley770, HEI dist., Flame Thrower coil/wires, Holley fuel pump, Mondello starter/heatshield, oil filter heat shield, 4-row radiator, heater core.
Ceramic coated Hooker Headers. 2.5” aluminized exhaust to therear, H-pipe, flow-masters. OEM dual hump tranny x-member. Perfect fit/seal and tucked up tight.
Complete front and rear suspension-off rebuild. “EnergySuspension” urethane control arm bushings. New OEM springs and all suspensionjoints. Bilstein shocks (wow!).
Complete front and rear brake rebuild. Strong emergencybrake.
TH400 tranny, shift kit, remote cooler. Rear differential serviced.Car cover. Too much more to list. Mostly professional work.
The R-12 air conditioning was blowing ice-cold last season butthe lower hose split. The hose will need to be replaced and the system servicedbut all the components are there and connected. Untouched since the hose wentbad.
Windshield wipers operate only on low speed. Includedis the correct windshield wiper motor assembly that will restore high/low andfactory delay but will need to be installed.
Doors and windows operate fine but could use somework/adjustments.
A slight gap on the right side of the trunk lid but itopens, closes and seals fine – Trunk seal looks like new.
Essentially new 1000A Interstate MTP battery, fresh oil, lube,K/N filters. Good tire tread.
No warranty or guarantee of any kind but it\'s ready to go. Should feel pretty confidentin turning the key and driving anywhere across the country and far beyond without issue.
Overall an extremely beautiful, powerful, solid and reliable car. Could use alittle more work or simply enjoy as is.
Lots of good spare parts. None are necessary but go with thecar if desired: alternator, starter, HEI, rear bumper, misc. trim, +++.
