1975 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale Convertible. This car runs and drives fantastic and has 57,500 original miles. It\'s loaded with options including cold A.C., power windows, locks, and driver\'s seat, tilt wheel, AM/FM stereo with power antenna, power trunk release, and even the glass rear window in the convertible top has the electric defroster in the glass. The following items have been addressed in the last 10,000 miles:- new tires- new brakes including master cylinder- new water pump and all hoses and belts- new shocks- new radiator- new alternator- new battery- new gas tank- rebuilt carb- new cat back duel exhaust system- rebuilt A.C. system
The interior is completely original and in excellent condition. There is one rip in the bottom cushion of the driver\'s seat, about 6 inches long (see picture). There are also a couple very minor cracks around the speaker grills on the dashpad, and someone added a few snaps to the edge of the dashpad for a tonneau cover to cover the interior without having to put the top up. I never used this item but it comes with the car.
The convertible top goes up and down with no issues. The top is in decent shape with the exception of where it\'s pulling away from the framework behind the rear driver\'s side window (see picture). The top is still weather tight and does not leak at all.
The body is as straight as an arrow, but unfortunately the paint job is not great and has a lot of crazings and spidering (see pictures). There is very minor rust in front of both rear wheels and a small spot in the outer door skin on the passenger side. The frame and floors including the trunk are perfect with no rust whatsoever.
Bottom line, if you\'re looking for a full-size convertible that you can enjoy immediately, this is the perfect car. It draws attention wherever you go and drives like new.
