This car is in great cond. with all of its electronics in great working order, zero rust! Runs and drives amazing with on 74989 orig miles on it Buick 403 v8 engine the transmission is smooth and brakes stop great. This car looks to have original paint that looks a little thin in areas but still looks classy sporting it’s new Coker whit wall tires. The 1978 was the 75th anniversary of Buick, and the Riviera celebrated the birthday with the $586 LXXV option. It sported a special black and silver paint scheme with special anniversary insignia. The interior was appointed in gray leather, with brushed silver trim on the dash and matching steering wheel. Only 2,899 of the LXXV model were produced, though Buick had initially intended to make only 1,000 the popularity of the package demanded a longer production run. Few changes were made in 1978. revisions of the grill and tail lamps were hardly noticeable. This is a good example of a 70k looks to be original 75th Riv.I have the original books and manuals with car it was purchased new at Villige Motor Co in Claremont NH in 1978 this is a very nice classic car please call with any questions.
