Description Check out this nice quite nice original un-restored 1 family owner #2808/3500 W40 Hurst Olds Calais Cutlass this is not your normal Cutlass it has lots of neat factory features over the standard Cutlass but you most likely know that already if your checking this gem out! This car was sold new on 9/7/84 at Mossy Oldsmobile in Houston Tx! This one has a lot of nice features like T-Tops, Lighting Rod Hurst Shifters, tu-tone paint, leather wrapped steering wheel, Factory am/fm/cass with EQ, cold ac system,& hot heat, chrome factory styled special wheels, chrome air cleaner lid, spoiler & cladding pkg and much more! It has presentable silver & black paint and body paint looks mostly org and is faded some and shows age, super nice burgundy interior with reclining bucket seats and console & inop power drivers seat, power windows and door locks, tinted glass, gauge pkg with tach, tilt/cruise, all books and manuals and 4 sets of keys and org sets of keys with org dealer key tag and dealer plaque, good set of 15 inch radials, smooth 307 4bbl v8 5.0L, automatic overdrive, factory dual exhaust and much more! Well now the not so rosy part! We caught wind that the Hurst Olds had been in a flood in Houston see photo of the drivers side doors and see water line was quite low the insurance deemed it a total loss! \"SEE REPAIR PHOTOS OF INTERIOR FULLY REMOVED TO MAKE SURE OLDS IS COMPLETELY DRY \" We could see how good the car was and had to acquire it! We purchased it with a Texas repairable salvage title. We looked over car and only things needed to be was to be safe to fully flushed transmission, rear axle & changed oil & checked all lights signals and features & fully removed interior and made sure all was completely dry! We went a step further and had car inspected by the state of Ga and it passed and is issued a Georgia Registration and we have Texas re-build-able title and is now able to be back on road to enjoy check with your DMV to see what they require because that is what we are providing & as a matter of fact before we decide to sell this one we have driven it approx 100 trouble fee miles and it has performed great! See gauges in action on cruise today & doing great! All gauges and outside running lights, brake lights, turn signal, odometer & speedometer work we state this because on old vehicles like this most do not so your good to go there! Miles listed in ad at 13k are what are showing on its 5 digit odometer and have turned past 99,999 once. Olds will be sold miles exempt in excess of mech limits. This one runs and drives out super nice and is one nice machine for the money and is priced to sell and not priced to haggle! The new owner should love it!
