This is a 1985 Oldsmobile Toronado which I have owned since 2007 and may be 3rd owner. Car originally from N.J. I have replaced the following items since the odometer 86349 currently has 88180. Brand new coker white walls over 500.00, carb converted from rochester to holley to improve performance. I have the rebuilt rochester carb that will come with the car. I have replaced, exhaust from cataylic converter back, replace part of emission box that was missing totaled 500.00. All wire wheel caps were replaced with NOS olds dealer caps new 400.00, replaced all rear bumper fillers, power brake booster, added caliente trim to trunk lid, replaced hood chrome with NOS, and hood ornament, front header logo. replaced lamp opera lights with better chrome, and headlight and tailight fixtures with improved lights, replaced computer module, new battery. Transmission fluid and filter has been replaced along with oil and filter change. Car will come with extra re-chromed front bumper, No cracks in dash, headliner not sagging. The items not working on car is power seat does not move but makes a clicking noise may need relay switch. Air conditioner blows but needs recharge. Left front speaker not working. Car paint has areas on hood, trunk, passenger door which shows some cracking from old school repair from dings. Overall paint is decent from a distance but not show car but fine for daily driver. Car has no major rust and minor at bottom of doors which have been cleaned and filled with some filler. Front bumper fillers will need to be replaced at some point.This downsized version of the Toronado was produced from 1979 - 1985 and has classic lines with cord style hood, clean roof line with no vinyl and short deck. The sister car Buick Riviera T- type won MT car of the year in 1979.Many parts are common with the Buick Riviera such as bumpers and mechanical parts with exception of hood, trunk, fenders and trim so usually not an issue to find parts. The Toronado is getting scarce at this point and you usually do not find a maintained example of one too often. Every time I want to go back in time to the 80\'s I take this car out for a ride. I have driven it less than 2000 miles over the last ten years and has been garaged during that period. Car is ready for restoration for repaint or partial repaint since areas are an 8 - 9 and some 4 - 5, etc. Car currently performs well for this vintage and cruises along with no issues and previously passed emissions although no longer required for CT. This car would not pass CA emissions and would require the rochester carb to be reinstalled and connected which will include those parts. I can assist with the loading of vehicle if necessary. Will require 500.00 deposit within 48 hours, and certified or cashiers check within 10 days of auction close. Title is clear and will be released once checks have cleared.
