This is the last year of this era Impala SS, and the only year with floor / console shifter. The car has a clean Auto Check report and scored a 45, which is about the highest a car of this age and era can possibly score. Never driven in bad weather. This is ABSOLUTLEY one of the very nicest Impala SS available, NO DOUBT !This car has been stored in a climate controlled garage its entire life. EXTERIOR: Completely rust free body with beautiful laser straight body panels, with completely original and FLAWLESS black paint. The paint is all original and is in EXCELLENT SHOWROOM condition, maybe only a small minor nick or chip may exist. All glass is in EXCELLENT condition. EXCELLENT stock aluminum Impala SS wheels are FLAWLESS, and are still mounted on ORIGINAL tires, in great condition. I haveinstalled on the car a set of 18” Chrome US MAG Rambler wheels, andSumitomo HTR A/S PO2 255 45 R 18 Tires that are included with the “Buy it Now” price,andhave LESS THAN 100 miles on them. The engine compartment is in nearly SHOWROOM condition and the undercarriage is EXTREMELY clean.
INTERIOR: A 100% NON SMOKER Car. All leather seating in EXCELLENT SHOWROOM condition. Headliner, door panels, carpet, dash pad, seat belts, and dash are in EXCELLENT condition. Custom SS floor mats are NEW. All weatherstripping is in EXCELLENT condition. Power windows, door locks, cruise control, AM FM CD original factory sound system all work perfectly. The gauges, dash lights, interior lights, and power seats all work perfectly and are fully functional. The AC Blows very cold. The trunk compartment is in EXCELLENT SHOWROOM condition. The passenger and back seats look like they have never been sat in.
MECHANICALS: 5.7 L fuel injected engine that runs flawlessly, automatic transmission that shifts smoothly and effortlessly. Brand new PREMIUM QUALITY drilled and slotted brake rotors with semi metallic brake pads, just recently installed, all the way around. The car needs absolutely nothing. It is in perfect mechanical condition. A few aftermarket items were installed (over $3500 worth) but most all original parts are included with the sale. Edelbrock ceramic coated headers, Flow Master mufflers, K&N Cold Air Intake, Crane Roller Rockers, Transgo shift kit. Impala SS Billet Aluminum Valve Covers and engine cover, Hypertech programmer. The car has always used all synthetic lubricants since new, includingEngine Oil, trans, and rear end fluids. It also has been maintained very well. All fluids have been changed and service performed as required by manufacturer’s instructions at required mileage or time frame. This car runs and drives flawlessly.
