what I have here is actually a pretty rare “Fleetwood Limited”.
Remember the mid 90’s? Cars were being replaced with SUV’s in a time when they still made cars that were basically SUV’s. Then in 1996 GM pulled the trigger and completely stopped production of all rear wheel drive body on frame cars (Cadillac Fleetwood included). This left the smaller front wheel drive Deville competing with the larger Lincoln TownCar and Town Car L (extended wheelbase).
So for two years and two years only Cadillac teamed up with “Superior Coachbuilders”, a well known builder oflimousines, livery cars, flower cars, and hearses. They developed the Fleetwood Limited, a stretched out Deville to fill this void. This$6,630 option added exactly 1 foot to the overall length of the car, making it221.8 inches long (3 inches shorter than the last real Fleetwood).
Have a look between the back door and the wheel arch where it starts to become obvious that the car has been modified. This car also has the optional side skirts, making it even more rare. For something that is kind of boring it’s still cool to see, this is 1 out of 781 ever made.
Made by Superior Coachbuilders of 2550 Central Parkway in Lima, Ohio 45804, under CONTRACT with Cadillac Motor Division for two (2) model years, 1998 & 1999, to offset run-a-way sales of Lincoln\'s larger & roomier Town Car. Ths car began as a Sedan de Ville and was shipped to Superior Coachbuilders, whose MAIN BUSINESS is limousines, Livery Sedans, Flower Cars, and Hearses. Cadillac made up a SPECIAL oprion for cars that there going to go there to be converted into FLEETWOOD LIMITEDS .... it was a \"Mandatory\" option, meaning you could NOT get one of these without the option, BUT this option was NOT included in the base list price! Parisian Blue of 1999 was the rarest at 2 made.
Some cars had custom chromed wheels and or Vogue tires. Again these were selling dealer added.

Runs and drives great like brand new, it was always dealer service, has no problems, transmission shift so smooth that it\'s like a brand new, runs very smooth and quiet, has great power also, the inside in great condition, A/C is so cold that it would freeze your ass off, the paint is in showroom condition, all power, has brand all matching newish tires, very good on gas.
The interior is very nice with no stains or odors. The exterior is gorgeous and the paint is very glossy.
The Engine is a 4.6L V8 and it runs Excellent, the transmission shifts perfect. All 4 tires are matching and in great condition. The under carriage of the vehicle is clean with no oil leaks or rust. Overall the vehicle runs/drives like new and is absolutely Beautiful in and out.

We do add $300 DEALER FEE to every car we sell. We require a $300 DEALER FEE non-refundable deposit within twenty-four (24) hours. If the deposit is not received within the required time frame and alternative arrangements were not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within 5 calendar days of making the deposit. You must fax or email us your State issued drivers license after you make the deposit. We reserve the right to keep your deposit and resell the vehicle to another buyer if final payment is not received within 7 calendar days. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait nine (9) business days until the funds clear.
7. Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In some cases there is a delay in receiving the original paper Title after the vehicle is paid off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at the time of sale, there are occasions where we may have to wait for them to arrive. It may take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days for us to receive the title.
8. Bidders Age: You must be 16 years of age or older to bid/purchase.
9. Storage Terms: Once the auction/sale completed, we will store the vehicle free of charge for (7) calendar days and at 20 dollars per day after that. Ones the payment has been made, the vehicle will be stored free of charge for (30) calendar days and at 20 dollars per day after that.

Liquidated Damages: In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidated damages from that bidder as follows: a. $5,000 in liquidated damages on a vehicle sold for $15,000 or less. b. $7,000 in liquidated damages on a vehicle sold for $15,001 - $40,000. c. $10,000 in liquidated damages on a vehicle sold for $40,001 or greater.
