Vehicle Description: Here is a beautiful 2004 Cadillac XLR with 179k miles. This is a one owner vehicle from Southern California that appears to have been garaged and well taken care of. The carfax is clear and shows dealer service at Allen Cadillac since day one of ownership. As she sits, she runs well and drives excellent, has a few loose ends but as a 14 year old Caddy with the miles, its overall in decent shape. Be sure to take a look at my video above right of this write up, and give me a call with further questions at 949 2 8 5 - 8 0 1 1 Exterior wise, the paint was just polished out and looks excellent. Has some minor imperfections such as rock nics on the front end and some light car wash scratches, but overall looks very good. Conservatively I would rate it an 8.5 out of 10. Headlights are in good shape with the typical reflector that sits in front of the headlight bulb desinigrating as I have seen over and over with XLRs. Tail lights look good as well as center brake light and license plate housing. Convertible top goes 90% of the way down then stops giving me a message on DIC that the convertible top motor is overheating as shown in my video above. Wheels are in good shape overall with minor rash. The interior is in very good shape, steats look very good with no rips or tears and both are power with lumbar and side bolster and heated. Carpeting looks excellent as does the dash board and door panels. Wood trim looks very good all around the car with a few cracks limited to the top of the steering wheel. Climate control works well and AC blows cold and heater warm. Heads up display works good. Radio works well and has CD player, steering wheel controls. Has navigation which works well, comes with a map DVD buy not my area here in California. Has all owners manuals, and comes with 2 keys and two key fobs. Mechanically, the car shows it was serviced at Allen Cadillac in Laguna Niguel from day one. Every oil change, cabin filter and service was done there all shown on the Carfax. This was a well serviced car. As it sits, the engine runs great and the car drives nice. I had it inspected last week and have a positive report from the mechanic on it's condition mechanically. Tires look to be around 15 to 20% remaing and are Michelin Pilot Sports. The service traction control light is on when the car starts up and this will need to be addressed by next owner.
