The local Buick dealership did research on an open recall and found that the sunroof glass was to be inspected and/or replaced. The sunroof glass was replaced. The battery was also replaced under the warranty and both times a loaner vehicle was provided. There is an active OnStar account as well as an active 4glt account as this feature is available on the 2015 model. XM radio is active. In addition in case of a motoring issue an 800 number connects directing to a Buick advisor who will dispatch Road side assistance. Bumper to bumper warranty is still in effect with an additional Power Train warranty. Rest assured with my 100 positive rating, I am selling my Buick due to economical reasons.
