AMC American Motors AMX Javelin Rebel Ambassador Matador Armrest Woodgrain Trim Overlay Retainers / Anchors / Clips. Equivalent to AMC part number 400 3620 (RETAINER, OVERLAY TO DOOR ARMREST).Auction is for a set of four retainers, enough to do two door handles.

These are an improved design plastic retainer to hold the aluminum overlay panel to the door armrest on late 60\'s to mid 70\'s AMC products. The original AMC retainer design is prone to breaking, whereas this one is not. You can see an installation video on YouTube, click on the picture below.
