The compatibility list is just a guideline here on eBay. It may state it fits certain vehicle lines, but it may not fit your exact vehicle.If you are not sure whether or not a part in our store will fit your vehicle, then please message in with your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) prior to placing your order so our experienced parts team can verify the proper compatibility to better assistyou.This way we make sure you get the part you are looking for. Thank you!We do not check any orders that have already been placed.
Shipping Terms
- In stock orders ship within 24 to 48 hours, unless ordered on the weekend. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays.
- If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
- Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 3-7 days, unless the post office is having issues themselves.
- Your order may be shipped faster for an additional cost. Just message in and ask.
- Insurance can be put on your package, at an additional charge. Inquire about this before the time of purchase.
- Purchasing insurance may be required for any glass parts before shipping out. You will be contacted if this is needed. UPS will be liable for these shipments, not us if there is any damage duringtransport. Claims will be made through UPS.
- Over-sizedshipments will be an additional charge; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
- We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
- We do not ship internationally directly.
- In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on back-orderedor discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
- We do not ship COD orders.
Return Policy
- Contact us to arrange for any returns.
- A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
- Parts must be resellable and in the original packaging.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
