It works and it is inexpensive
Pros: worked right out of the box. handled the projects I threw at it. main components worked fine so far. Cons: a couple of the end attachments broke on first use. could stand some decent instructions. Be prepared to replace some of the accessories if you put a large load on it. I will just make my own by welding them up. Lots of uses
I've never used a porta power tool before so I have nothing to compare this tool with but I have found myself using it a lot more than I expected to. The little wedge tool gets used the most even though it is less powerful than the rest of the kit. It fits into tight spots and helps push or pry things into place or apart. This tool has allowed me to do jobs that otherwise would have been very difficult if not impossible. As I had been warned about before, these types of tools can be dangerous since you are dealing with a lot of force and things can fly when they break free or if the ram slips or the part you are forcing breaks so keep safety in mind as you use it but they are great tools to have in your collection. You probably won't need it every day but you will likely find many ... Poor quality
The tool arrived with a damaged case. I have contacted them but have no reply. The hydraulic hose leaks from the factory fitting. The expanding jaws blew out its seal the first time I used it. These jaws say 1/2 ton max. I bought this tool because it stated 10 tons of force. Put your money into a better quality tool.

This 10 ton works just as well and is less expensive than the other "tool store" (HF) run the ram in and out a couple of times initially for break in. the only beef? kinda short stroke on the pump handle, but nathin ya cant get used to.

good quality, but with such a complicated assembly and operation. ..there was no detailed instructions. I still can not figure out how to assemble or operate !!! It does not pump...do I have to fill hyd fluid ??
