This auction isfor a pair of Original, hard to find Chrome wiper Bezels/guide rod mounts for 1936 Hudson & Terraplane.
These cars used a rare (experimental) wiper system known as Duckbill (refers to the shape of the wiper arm tip). This system used a Guide rod to help control the blade. The pre-cursor to tandem wiper arms that became common in 1968.
This auction is for a pair (one NOS, one good used) chrome bezel/rod mounts. NOS grommets installed and NOS Guide rods included.
These are rare parts only used on these cars, no other interchange (except the grommets).
Putting a Duckbill system back to original is very tough and should only be attempted by those with very high level show cars. If you have a driver do not worry about Duckbill, use aftermarket MUCH CHEAPER wipers.
