    This complete CPP Mini-Subframe kit and coil-over conversion Kit for 62-67 Novas features Viking billet, double-adjustable coil over shocks with 350lbs springs.This highly adjustable race quality shockfeatures dual 19 click rebound and compression adjustment knobs providing a total of 361 possible dampening combinations while the threaded pre-load collar will adjust ride height as well as make the spring stiffer/softer. The bodies are constructed of high quality billet aluminum and the surface is a very high quality, sleek, clear anodized finish.Viking light weight springs are just as high tech as their shocks. Each spring is cold wound, high tensile U.S. spring steel that has been heat treated and shot peened with both ends ground and are powder coated a chrome-like silver. Additionally, they are non-binding \"high travel\" springs and are 25% lighter, on average versus the competition. Transform your classic Nova from an average driver to a street machine with these coilovers and unleash the potential of your suspension.

    Our Nova tubular control arm kit eliminates the factory strut rods and adds adjustable forward control arm mounts. This kit adds stability, improved steering response, and over 2\" of ground clearance for your early Chevy II Nova. By eliminating the bind of factory strut rods you are able to maintain proper alignment resulting in better ride quality and more positive road feedback. This kit works with both the factory sway bar and aftermarket 1\" bars(1-1/8\" Sway bars will not fit). The one-piece cross member ties both frame rails together by bolting in where the factory strut rod mounts were located, providing additional strength. It also adds only 2 lbs to the car after removing the heavy factory strut rods and bulky strut rod mounts. There is no cutting or welding required. The rear of the lower control arm mounts in the factory location and the original camber adjustments are used. The front of the lower control mounts to the new cross member and adds a forward caster adjustment to guarantee a perfect, simple and hassle-free alignment.

    The upper control arms are preassembled on new billet chromoly 4130 cross shafts and pivot sleeves. CPP is leading the industry with billet cross shaft and pivot sleeves that captures both sides of the bushing, unlike the originals that were only retained on the 1 side of the bushing under the head of the bolt. As a result of the fully contained bushings, the arms are even stronger. Forces that would make other arms flex and twist are transferred through the bushings and easily handled by billet cross shaft. CPP created a safety feature with an interlocking shaft and sleeve design that prevents the bolts from working loose even under severe stress created by hard corning. The arms are made from 1-1/4” 120 Wall DOM tubing and have beefy 1-1/2” 188 wall pivot barrels. The continuous round cross section adds torsional rigidity. The beefy 1-1/2 .188 wall pivot barrels ensure the pivots will stay true and operate with maximum efficiency. The CPP exclusive pivot bushings are a patented self lubricating plastic that will not squeak, and has a working temperature of over 400 degrees. These plastic bushings refuse to break during impact testing and can absorb high shocks loads that would otherwise be transferred through the chassis.
