Here is a complete set of bezels for a signet. Speedometer and gauges. Speedometer moves freely but seems to be loose. Missing the windshield wiper knob. There is a crack in the lower left hand side of the instrument cluster bezel. Nice readable letters/numbers. The chrome around the instrument cluster bezel is faded.  The housing is not rusty. The circuit board looks good. Untested unknown if gauges work. The radio bezel is not cut but it seems a little warped, probably from removal. The glovebox door is solid but has some wear by the knob. All this stuff is used, original equipment therefore not perfect. Please examine photos before buying. Speedometer reads 26k . 120mph speedometer. Please make sure this is for your car I try my best but am not an expert. The 1969 Plymouth Valiant trim options included the base Valiant 100, the mid-level Valiant 200 decor group, and the higher-end Valiant Signet, which featured special internal and external chrome accents, deluxe all-vinyl bucket seats, and special wheel covers. The Signet was positioned as the sportiest and brightest of the Valiant models for that year.
