This is a new Ram Air Flapper for a 1970 1971 Mercury Cougar Cyclone Montego with a 428CJ 428SCJ 429CJ 429SCJ 428 429 CobraJet Super Cobra Jet V8. This attaches to the Metal Air Cleaner top plate with the rod and C clips which are included. The ram air vacuum valve attaches to this. This is in beautiful condition ready to install.
