100% TIG welded Aluminum,Precision TIG welded construction.
Billet CNC machined filler neck,Billet CNC machined fittings retain all mounting connections.
We are specialists in torch welding with solder as well as aluminum welding both with a torch as well as with a tig welding machine.Tig-weld every All-Aluminum Radiator to perfection to make a great looking radiator that won\'t crack or leak.
Core straps provide strength and added rigidity for extreme reliability in demanding conditions.
Higher density core: cooling rows are spaced 3/8\" apart.giving you 25% more rows within the core than other aluminum radiators.
14-16 cooling fins per inch,giving you approximately 1500 more cooling fins than other aluminum radiators,throws off much more heat.
Aluminum Radiator is at least 30%-45% more efficient than stock ones.
