To process a return: Go to your purchase history. Find the item you purchased. To the right of the item there's a drop down menu with a "return this item" option. Follow steps to print a return label from your printer. Package securely and Seal up the package and tape the label to the package and give the package to the shipping company. If there is any defect in the product upon delivery, Octane Lighting is to be notified by the purchaser within 24 hours otherwise the product will be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition. Warranty on all brand new products will be the manufacturer's warranty and at the manufacturers discretion. The warranty does not apply: In respect of any consumables or other consumables in respect of the product or any part of the product. Where the purchaser is in breach of any of our terms and conditions.
