It is a direct factory replacement parts thus no modifications are needed.This XTD Stage 1 Clutch Kit Includes High Clamp Pressure plate,Full facing Organic Disc,Throw out Bearing,Pilot Bearing,Alignment Tool Pro-Lite 12Lbs Chrome-moly Flywheel,XTD Clutch Installation Guide & XTD clutch Logo Window Decal.This XTD Pressure plate Holds 15% more HP and Torque Than Stock Pressure Plate and This Pressure plate is made from ductile iron and heat Treated Which is about 20% Stronger Than Just Stock Cast Iron Pressure plate. XTD Flywheels are made using moderthe highest quality, most n materials available. All of these materials are tempered Chrome-Moly Steel which are very strong yet very lightweight. The friction surface is very special. They are specifically designed to reduce weight and inertia for better engine response. Most incorporate special design features to enhance the air flow to improve the cooling of the clutch. The ring gear teeth are milled onto the flywheel unlike an aluminum flywheel where the ring gear is pressed onto the flywheel which has the possibility of separating from the flywheel.XTD uses a high carbon, Chrome-Moly Steel.All of XTD's ring gears are heat treated for durability.All XTD Lightweight Flywheels are passed engineering tests to 15,000 RPM and are guaranteed to be explosion proof.
XTD could achieve manufacturing its original flywheels about 200% more strength compared with normal flywheels. It was forged using Chrome-molybdenum steel. The power of inertia rotation can be decreased by reducing the excess weight, and therefore, its strength directly passed through to the high response. The XTD light weight flywheel is made from the optimal weight and optimal form which were set up for each type of a car from the chrome forge material. By shaving all circumference of the chrome forge material, the variation in weight and the deviation of balance are pressed down to the minimum. Processing for raising wear durability and heat treatment etc... is performed in the surface. Various know-how for realizing lightness, strength, and high balance is condensed to the XTD light weight flywheel
