Velourtex is a popular replacement mat with a heavier, denser face than factory mats. They provide outstanding value, with a silky smooth texture, created from premium nylon yarn. Velourtex backings feature moisture resistance, stiffness to maintain the mat shape and skid-resistance rubber final backing. Designed for maximum coverage and protection, with a precise fit due to computer controlled cutting technology. Velourtex mats are equipped with anchoring devices to keep them safely in place. The applique process is done on high speed machines that allow for the precise duplication of complex and detailed designs. Then the applique is heat bonded and recessed into the mat material with specially designed heat presses. The recessing feature of Lloyd\'s embroidered appliques improves the durability and the finished appearance of the entire mat. The mats come standard with durable color coordinated nylon velour binding. Optional premium vinyl edge binding is also available if you want a different edge color ($16.00 extra) see below.
