Compatible With Dodge Truck, A, B, & E Body, & Chrysler Booster Kit
This listing is for Early model Compatible With Dodge D100 / D200 Trucks & Chrysler Full size Cars (1959-71) & A, B, & E Body cars from 1962-74. This kit is designed for converting from manual master cylinder brakes or hydro vac system to a vacuum power brake booster conversion. This is NOT a replacement. If you have power brakes already this is NOT the unit you need to purchase.
This unit will give you great stopping power. You will need to modify the firewall, re route your brake lines, & determine what pedal length you need with the supplied rods in the kit. If you are looking for a bolt in no modification needed conversion A. this is not the kit for you B. it does not exist.
When making such conversions to power brakes, often times modifications are required.

Featuring an specialty Bendix style 8\" dual power brake booster. Black in color, like many OE style boosters of the day were. This booster will give you optimum stopping assist! We combine the booster with a dual reservoir master cylinder with 1\" bore and ports on the left side. This unit will have a built in residual pressure valve in the rear master cylinder port for Disc front and Drum rear. If you\'re car or truck had a single bowl master cylinder this is a nice upgrade and much safer than the old single bowls often used. You will need to run a line to the front brakes and the rear if you have a single bowl master. Brake line work will be necessary. The shape and appearance of the master cylinder maybe characteristic of what could be found on vehicles of that era. Due to the wide range of vehicles this unit fits, we also include a specialty bracket with a variety of rod extension and pedal attachments.
