Very rare, Chrysler Imperial factory Hemi Valve Covers. Yes, someone back in the day cut breathers into the covers. I suppose if you were doing a high end restoration you could take the breathers off and weld patches on the holes. Or leave them as they are and they would look great on a hot-rod rat-rod build, I doubt you will see these covers on any custom builds. No dings or dents, covers are in good shape.
