A used part for this car cannot be programmed. I have tried three shops already and they told me that it is not possible to program this part if it is used. On top of that, part has been repainted so the old serial number cannot be found at all. Beware and check before trying to install a used part on a vehicle or it will be costly for you just like it has been for me.

Don’t buy, Don’t Buy, Don’t buy. Spent approx $500 to mechanic to remove old rack n Pinion and install one bought from this company Detroit axle. When mechanic shop went to program my car vin into the new rack n pinion it showed there was already vin programmed to it. Obviously the original vin was never wiped cleaned and sold to me. $500 wasted.
