    Great value and easy installation into the car.

    I am surprised to see it has a coat of paint on this steel tank, I added a coat of paint to the lower exterior in addition to that . It's bolted into place and connected all fuel lines and ready for liquids. So good so far.

    Not too good.

    The stamping has "Made in Taiwan" in the bottom center of the tank in big 1" letters. Instead of terne plating the manufacturer is powder coating these tanks a pale grey color. OK it will hold gas and fit. But the appearance is compromised. This is going right in the trash. Lesson learned. Forgot to mention - the packaging was pretty much destroyed when it arrived. Very substandard.

    Nice fuel tank with drain plug.

    This fuel tank is a direct OEM replacement. I just dropped it in place and installed the mounting bolts. Everything lined up perfectly. The price was a great value also. This tank also has the drain plug which usually isn’t incorporated on a tank priced this low.

    Driver quality with bargain pricing

    The tank had some flaws cosmetically, but I am not using it for a 100 point restoration. It will serve the intended purpose better than required. A great value for driver quality.
