Part does fit the car but there were a few issues. First, it is not a direct OEM replacement since you cannot attach the heat shield. Second, the odd curve at the end of the catalytic converter makes the flexpipe at the end 1-2" shorter overall, thus not attaching to the resonator. I had to spend another $50 to replace the flexpipe with a temporary section of flexpipe repair. Thirdly, the quality is suspect with a lot of booger welds around the pipe areas. But it still fits the car.

This cat didn't fit well. The unit had the o2 fitting where the oe mount was so i couldnt use oe mounting bracket. also when bolting it on the engine the cat hit the steering gear, after heating up the tubes and benting it up off the gear. the clock position was in the wrong placement. so my flex pipe didn't hook up the the second converter. Lastly I had to tap the o2 hole because the o2 didn't want to tread down. overall the price was good but need alot of mod to make it work.
