Best traction adding device for cheap
Great product, this is a very cheap and simple installation with the right tools and supplies. First step make sure you understand how to take out your axles and remove the differential cover, YouTube and Google are your friend. Please make sure you buy all gaskets, oil, or Rtv and take your time in preparation. The Spartan locker comes with everything you need to assemble it in your carrier propperly. Once it is installed, make sure to test it as the instructions are very simple and easy to follow. When the locker is installed, go test it by driving your vehicle, please understand you will need to learn to drive with a locker in the rear. The way you drive is coast through turns and let it unlock properly, and don't throttle till you are straightened out. When driving on snow or ice, make ... Lockers will cause understeer and it is important you know that, also lockers put a lot of strain bond axle components making failure more easy. When off road now you can crawl over obstacles instead of using tire and vehicle speed to push you over. Be very careful of spinning tires coming in contact with a high traction surface when rock crawling, you can break axles this way very easy. My final thoughts are what a great and simple product, that adds so much ability to my jeep.
