Bought to replace trailer wheel nuts. Longevity of the chrome finish... Unknown. They fit perfectly and extra length will be appreciated if I need to remove a tire. Lightly lubricate before installing, ensure 3 or more rotations on the lug nut before using a wrench for installation, always use a torque wrench to finish securing the lug nut, (important not to under or over tighten the nut). Torque varies on material of wheel (aluminum or steel) and size and thread of lug nut.
